An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager of Human Capitalto join Human Capital teamfor Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Drive continuous improvement, leadership development, and productivity across departments through effective HR initiatives and collaboration.
  • Manage HR budgeting, reporting, and performance metrics, ensuring accurate monitoring of P&L and strategic resource allocation.
  • Champion employee engagement, recognition, and development through training, performance management, and talent programs aligned with Jumeirah’s culture.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, UAE labor laws, and internal standards while maintaining strong communication, colleague well-being, and workplace quality.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • ABachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or any other relevant field
  • Professional qualifications/certification infieldof Human Resources Management.
  • MBA or otherpost graduateeducation in the related area.
  • Level A and B qualified in British PsychologicalSociety
  • Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Advanced)
