Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company’s goals and objectives
  • Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive work environment
  • Manage employee benefits including enrollment changes and inquiries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and timely manner

  • Manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effective solutions
