Job description

• Maintain and develop existing and new relationships by in-sourcing and structuring trade finance, treasury, investment products, and payments/cash management business transactions to achieve pre-set financial and non-financial objectives.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the assigned team for the achievement of the overall regional portfolio's financial and non-financial objectives.

• Collaborate actively with the relevant FID Business Heads in developing the business strategy for the country.

• Maintain an effective operating environment by leading all aspects of the business, including both line and support functions.

• Manage relationships with Government Authorities and Regulators, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines, including UAE regulations governing foreign operations of the local bank.

• Lead a team including SRM/RM and one desk officer to ensure a deeper share of wallet (SOW) for clients. Prepare and implement account plans for key clients.

• Ensure utilization of our FI overseas branches to originate transactions for the network, a concept that has not yet been fully inculcated in our FI branches.
