Manager - AI Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of AI projects from inception, proof of concept, through to deployment, including requirements gathering, data preparation, model training, and integration.
• Stay across the latest developments in AI landscape and lead the incorporation of methodologies and technologies into projects.
• Support clients to develop their AI strategies through applied knowledge of how to build successful outcomes aligned to organization goals.
• Support identification of opportunities where AI can add value or solve existing problems.
• Develop and present detailed AI project roadmaps and implementation plans to guide the organization's AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business analysts to ensure cohesive and effective AI solution development.
• Communicate complex AI concepts and technical details to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team understanding and adoption of AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
