In this crucial role, you will ensure that all facilities, equipment, and systems are maintained in excellent working order to support a seamless dining experience. The Maintenance Manager will lead a team of skilled technicians, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a proactive maintenance management program for all restaurant facilities and equipment.
  • Supervise and lead the maintenance team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant's facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety issues.
  • Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal disruption to restaurant operations.
  • Manage the inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health and hygiene standards, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance issues and improve operational efficiency.
