Job description

Perform duties and responsibilities on Extrusion machine as assigned by the Plant supervisor or Production Incharge.

Machine Setup: Take lead in setting up machines before production runs including loading materials, adjusting settings, and ensuring proper tooling is in place.

Machine Operation: Operate machinery according to established procedures, guidelines, and safety protocols. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments in consultation with Plant Supervisor / Production Incharge.

Quality Control: Supervise inspection of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Report any defects or issues to Production Incharge / QC immediately.

Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance tasks such as lubricating and replacing worn parts, troubleshooting, and minor repairs when needed.

Experience: 3-5 years experience preferably in factory setup.
