Qualifications

• Previous experience in the same role in a luxury hotel is preferred, resort experience will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all areas and activities pertaining to guest services operation.
• Ensure that all guests receive prompt attention and resolve related problems.
• Promote in-house sales and facilities to maximize hotel revenues.
• Inspect cleanliness and report any faults to concerned departments.
• Conduct efficient hand-over during shift changes.
