Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years as Chief Concierge or 5+ years in luxury hotel front‑of‑house.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Excellent knowledge of local attractions and cultural offerings.
• Outstanding guest relations and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
