Qualifications

  • At least a few years of luxury hospitality experience in a similar role.
  • BSc in Hospitality or relevant field from an accredited university.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong technical and soft skills.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork in the Front Office.
  • Delegate tasks and coach colleagues to achieve desired results.
  • Oversee the Opera system maintenance for accurate reservations.
  • Analyze Guest Satisfaction Reports for service improvement.
  • Handle guest complaints to maintain satisfaction.
  • Prepare the departmental budget to optimize revenue.
