Job summary

A reputable trading firm in Dubai is seeking a Logistics Assistant to coordinate shipment tracking and manage import/export documentation. The ideal candidate is open to Asian nationals with at least 1 year of UAE experience and a relevant bachelor's degree. Qualifications

• Open to Asian nationals preferably ages up to 40 years old with least 1 year UAE experience.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Coordinate order follow-ups, shipment tracking, and timely delivery of piping materials.
• Prepare and manage import/export documents and ensure customs compliance.
• Liaise with suppliers and forwarders to resolve delays and update delivery schedules.
• Support procurement and operations through ERP updates, inventory checks, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Open to Asian nationals preferably ages up to 40 years old with least 1 year UAE experience in similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
