1. Safe & Efficient Driving

• Adhere to all UAE traffic rules and company safety policies.
• Maintain zero major traffic violations or accidents.
• Ensure safe handling of passengers, goods, and company property.

2. Timely Transportation

• Report on time for duty and complete all assigned trips as per schedule.
• Follow planned routes efficiently to reduce delays.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage reports, and delivery sheets.

3. Vehicle Maintenance & Upkeep

• Perform daily vehicle inspection (fuel, oil, tyres, lights, brakes).
• Keep vehicle clean internally and externally.
• Report mechanical issues immediately and ensure timely servicing.

4. Customer Service & Professional Conduct

• Maintain polite and professional communication with clients, passengers, and team members.
• Assist with loading/unloading goods when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and represent the company positively.

5. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all vehicle documents (registration, insurance, permit) are valid.
• Submit trip sheets, fuel receipts, and delivery notes on time.
• Follow company policies related to timekeeping, behaviour, and reporting.

6. Productivity & Cost Control

• Practice fuel-efficient driving.
• Avoid unnecessary idling, unauthorized trips, and misuse of the vehicle.
• Support logistics/operations team in improving route planning and efficiency.

7. Reporting & Communication

• Inform supervisor immediately in case of delays, emergencies, or operational issues.
• Coordinate with operations/HR for duty schedules, leave, and approvals.
