A leading catering company in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the laundry facility. This role includes managing production processes and staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management and at least 5 years of supervisory experience in a related field. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for enhancing team engagement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience within the laundry, manufacturing, or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the laundry facility.
• Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct on-the-job training and employee orientation.
• Monitor team performance and manage misconduct.
• Lead, coach, and develop Line Supervisors/Team Leaders.
• Assist in preparing and managing the production budget.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Analyse production and maintenance reports.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager on customer concerns.
• Liaise with chemical suppliers for timely deliveries.
