Job description
Overview

We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Land Surveyor Infra/Road to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our infrastructure and road development projects you will be responsible for conducting precise land surveys analyzing data and providing crucial information for project planning and execution.

Responsibilities
  • Perform field surveys for infrastructure and road projects using advanced surveying equipment and techniques
  • Collect process and analyze survey data to create accurate maps plans and reports
  • Establish survey control points and benchmarks for project sites
  • Conduct topographic boundary and construction surveys as required
  • Prepare detailed survey reports including calculations and drawings
  • Collaborate with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to ensure survey data meets project requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of all survey activities and findings
  • Ensure compliance with local and international surveying standards and regulations
  • Calibrate and maintain surveying equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Mentor and guide junior surveyors and field technicians
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Surveying Geomatics or a related field
  • Professional license or certification in land surveying (e.g. Professional Land Surveyor PLS)
  • Minimum 10years of experience in land surveying preferably in infrastructure and road projects
  • Proficiency in surveying equipment and software including GPS Total Station AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to read and interpret maps and blueprints accurately
  • Proficient in data collection analysis and report preparation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of local and international surveying standards and regulations
  • Familiarity with construction processes and project management
  • Physical ability to work in various outdoor environments and weather conditions
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required
