General Job Description:
The Land Surveyor will be responsible for measuring boundaries, elevations, topographic features, contours, and other features of the land. They will also assist in setting out boundaries on sites where construction will take place by using GPS or Total Stations equipment. Additionally, they will perform quality control checks on survey data to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards, as well as analyze survey results to ensure that all data is accurate and reliable. The Land Surveyor must have excellent communication skills in order to work effectively with other team members and stakeholders.
