The role requires ensuring smooth lab operations, providing professional support to students and faculty, and maintaining laboratory facilities, equipment, and supplies.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited university.
• 2–3 years of relevant laboratory or technical experience in the field.
• Proficiency in maintaining equipment inventories.
• Strong computer literacy, with working knowledge of QuickBooks software.
• High regard for safety, confidentiality, and data protection standards in the laboratory.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and conduct lab assignments under the supervision of course faculty members.
• Grade lab coursework in coordination with the faculty.
• Provide support to students and faculty during lab sessions and examinations.
• Assist faculty members with course files, administrative tasks, and academic reporting.
• Ensure proper organization and maintenance of lab facilities, including software, hardware, and equipment.
• Coordinate with faculty members to align laboratory activities with course objectives.
• Maintain and update lab inventories in coordination with the IT Department.
• Submit and recommend laboratory supply requests to the IT Department.
• Prepare required reports and documentation for faculty and the Dean.
• Work independently in an organized and timely manner while following faculty guidance.
• Demonstrate creativity and willingness to learn and apply new techniques in computer sciences.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by faculty, the Department Chair, or the College Dean.
