Job summary

A leading company in the UAE is seeking a Chef De Partie responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and staff. The ideal candidate should have a technical degree in Hospitality Management and 2-4 years of experience in the F&B industry, demonstrating strong culinary skills and customer service orientation. You will be tasked with improving operational efficiency while ensuring food safety standards are met and training the kitchen crew.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English. Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Two to four years of experience in F&B Operations or a similar role.
  • Knowledge in various cuisines and cooking techniques.
