Job summary

A dynamic design firm in Dubai is seeking an Interior Designer with at least 1 year of experience in residential projects. The successful candidate should have strong communication skills and be comfortable handling client interactions. Responsibilities include upselling design solutions and conducting site visits. Candidates must hold a Degree in Interior Designing, be based in the UAE, and possess a valid UAE Driving License. The offered salary is AED 4,000 plus incentives and benefits as per company policy.

Our client is looking to hire an Interior Designer with a minimum of 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, and comfortable interacting with clients. Along with design responsibilities, the role includes business development, such as upselling to existing clients and generating new business from referrals and new leads.

Role Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of interior design experience (preferably residential).
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to confidently handle clients.
• Capable of upselling design solutions, maintaining relationships, and bringing in new business.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Degree or Diploma in Interior Designing or a related field.
• (Client Prefers someone having their Own Visa)

Technical Skills:

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and/or <>Photoshop for drawings, visuals, and simple mood boards.
• Ability to create space plans, mood boards, and basic 3D concepts.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture selection.
• Ability to conduct site visits and coordinate simple design execution tasks.
• Good understanding of modern residential design trends.
• Knowledge of MS Office for documentation and presentations.
