Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining financial records and updating accounting databases.
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, and payment entries.
• Support in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and expense tracking.
• Prepare simple financial reports when required.
• Help with audit documentation and internal financial reviews.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data.
• Coordinate with the finance team for any additional tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reports.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar preferred).
