Are you ready for a new challenge Then join our Pricing team as Senior Pricing Analyst(Fragrances Division). Based in Dubai UAE you will support the vast and high-growth territory of Middle East & Africa. This exciting role offers a broad range of responsibilities high visibility and the opportunity to contribute and grow with our organization. Through your strategic ability good business understanding you will support the sub-region in implementing profitable growth and reaching our business targets.

In this exciting role you will:

Price Setting and Maintenance

• Manage ongoing pricing activities and compute prices cost targets and margins of fragrance products.
• Maintain pricelists and oversee the price maintenance process.
• Coordinate pricing process for main customers and provide price negotiation support to the commercial organisation.
• Ensure compliance with the divisional/regional pricing guidelines.

Business Partnering monitoring protecting and improving gross margin

• Monitor and lead achievement of sales and margin targets/Measurements.
• Ensure Pricing Performance Monitoring together with Business Partners and Controlling.
• Analyse periodically gross margin and identify product cost issues and address these with Procurement Operations Finance & Technical groups.
• Manage price increases and adjustments for raw material impact manufacturing cost changesor margin improvement on existing products.
• Support establishing main customer agreements (growth/ rebate programs).
• Accountable for compliance to all procedures relevant to the function.

Support Global Systems & Processes

• Participate in global/regional projects on system design and enhancements of the pricing tools.
• Support execution of global/regional pricing tools & systems.

Your professional profile includes:

University degree in Business Finance or relevant areas. Chartered and Cost Accountants preferred.

Min of 7 years of core pricing / business controlling experience in B2B setup (experience in Flavour & Fragrance Manufacturing Chemical or Pharmaceutical industries an advantage).

Good process and project management skills.

You have a head for numbers: confident numerical skills.

You’re a skilled communicator and ability to work with customers for pricing negotiations.

Comfortable with complex IT systems Excel and SAP (or Any Relevant ERP).
