Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider is currently looking for a JIRA Developer for their Dubai operations. This role involves designing, configuring, and customizing Jira workflows, as well as developing automation rules and integrating with internal systems. The ideal candidate will implement ITSM processes within Jira and ensure platform stability. Strong collaboration skills with IT and business teams are necessary. The position is full-time and remote work is not an option.

• Design configure and customize Jira workflows, screens, fields, and permissions.
• Develop Jira automation rules and integrations with internal systems.
• Implement ITSM processes (Incidents, Requests, Changes) within Jira.
• Build dashboards and reports for IT and business stakeholders.
• Support process digitalization and workflow optimization across departments.
• Troubleshoot Jira issues and ensure platform stability and performance.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to translate requirements into Jira solutions.
• SharePoint development experience is an added value.

We are currently looking for JIRA Developer for our UAE operations with the following skill set and terms & conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Design configure and customize Jira workflows screens fields and permissions.

Develop Jira automation rules and integrations with internal systems.

Implement ITSM processes (Incidents Requests Changes) within Jira.

Build dashboards and reports for IT and business stakeholders.

Support process digitalization and workflow optimization across departments.

Troubleshoot Jira issues and ensure platform stability and performance.

Collaborate with IT and business teams to translate requirements into Jira solutions.

SharePoint development experience is an added value.

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month).
