We are seeking an Italian Speaking Restaurant Supervisor to join a renowned Michelin-starred restaurant within a luxury resort in the UAE.

Our Client

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service and high-quality dining experiences.
• Understand and train staff on the restaurant’s concept, menu, and service standards.
• Lead shifts confidently, supporting staff and engaging with guests.
• Coordinate across departments to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in staff training, development, and appraisal aligned with luxury standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas.
• Identify and recommend service improvements.
• Uphold grooming, presentation, and service standards to maintain a luxury image.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and requisitions.
• Supervise POS accuracy, cash handling, and compliance procedures.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels and manage attendance records.
• Interact professionally with guests, including VIPs, handling complaints and providing personalized service.
• Support training initiatives and act as a role model in the absence of management.

Qualifications:

• Hospitality Management certification or diploma preferred.
• Experience in luxury hotels or resorts highly desirable.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership and guest service passion.
• Professional appearance and engaging presence.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods.
