Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or similar role.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Experience in hospitality systems such as Opera PMS or Simphony POS.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and printers.
• Log, track, and resolve IT service requests through the helpdesk system.
