Responsibilities:

• Support and coordinate jobs with Technicians.
• Respond to clients' concerns promptly.
• Respond to Relationship Managers' requests.
• Post Fitment Job.
• Assist the Operations team if a task is assigned.
• Manage basic IT tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering.
• Technically independent with good initiative.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Proficient in English, Arabic, and basic Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
