Job summary

A leading company in the UAE is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide Level 1 and Level 2 technology support. The role requires hands-on experience in managing systems and troubleshooting client operating systems. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in IT support with strong skills in Windows Server administration and client OS support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in IT Support.
• Office experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT Level 1 and Level 2 Support.
• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, network printers, and WiFi access points.
