We are seeking an IT Administrative Assistant - UAE National, reporting directly to the Head of the Department, to join our team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

About the Role

As an IT Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the IT department. You will assist in managing documentation, tracking service requests, coordinating meetings, and supporting the smooth operation of IT-related processes and communications. From day 1, you will be a valued contributor, working closely with experienced professionals who will guide and mentor you throughout your journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the IT team, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting
  • Track and follow up on IT service requests and support tickets
  • Maintain IT asset records and assist with inventory management
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and data confidentiality
About You

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
