A leading management consulting firm located in Dubai is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee performance and lead strategic initiatives within the division. The ideal candidate will have a Post Graduate qualification in Management or Engineering, along with at least 12 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 10 years in a supervisory role. This position entails managing budgets, resource allocation, and ensuring customer satisfaction through sustained growth and effective market strategies.

Job description

Responsible for overall performance of the Division includes but not limited to products, people, facilities, and supply chains and Service Management Excellence for Product certification, Inspection, Project Management.

Achieving strategic goals by implementing and execution of the budget with full accountability on P&L, Revenues, Customer Satisfaction, facilitate support on operational cash flow, product level strategy and employee management.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy focused on financial gain in collaboration with Department Heads peers that prioritizes company growth, cross selling and achieve positive customer ratings.
  2. Responsible for the allocation of staffing, budget, and resources to meet the department requirements.
  3. Review and analyze sales performances against targets and develop plans to overcome any shortage.
  4. Apply all necessary precautions to avoid any future liability on the company.
  5. Review and initial all client’s contracts including but not limited to scope, payment terms, termination clause, liability…etc.
  6. Manages effective relationships with clients, vendors.
  7. Conduct market study to capture volume of business in different sectors to plan business expansion.
  8. Compliance to all applicable policies, procedures, and work instructions as per QHSE, ISO applicable standards, SAAC and SASO and legal/ regulatory requirements.
