We are currently working with a leading pharmaceutical company to recruit an Internal Communications & HR Business Partner for a 3month fixedterm contract based in the UAE. This role will play a key part in driving employee engagement internal communications and HR initiatives ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives during this critical period.

What Youll be Doing

  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies to enhance engagement and alignment across the organization.
  • Manage internal communication channels (emails newsletters intranet town halls etc. and drive culture initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership teams to create consistent and impactful messaging for internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business units supporting employee relations performance management and workforce planning.
  • Assist in rolling out HR policies engagement programs and change management initiatives.
  • Support talent development onboarding and key HR projects during the contract period.

Who You Are

  • 5 years of experience in Internal Communications and HR preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of employee engagement change management and corporate communications.
  • Handson experience with HR operations policies and business partnering.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Available to start immediately or within a short notice period.
