Job summary

A leading fit-out company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Interior Architect/Interior Designer to prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for interior projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of UAE experience, a relevant degree, and proficiency in AutoCAD. Strong communication and organization skills are essential. This role offers a salary of AED 5,000 – 7,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

Role: Interior Architect/ Interior Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Architect/ Interior Designer to join our fit-out team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate 2D and 3D drawings for interior fit-out projects, delivering high quality design solutions that meet client needs and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural and interior fit-out drawings and specifications.
• Develop shop drawings and as-built drawings in coordination with project engineers and site supervisors.
• Knowledge of joinery detailing and production drawings.
• Develops concepts and creative visions for buildings and spaces.
• Maintain drawing logs and proper documentation of ongoing projects.
• Handle procurement activities, including preparing material lists from drawings, sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, comparing prices, and coordinating with vendors.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3–4 years of UAE experience in a similar role within a fit-out or interior contracting company.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out, materials, finishing details and site coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office is a must. Knowledge of SketchUp, V-Ray is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of estimation and quantity surveying is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Project/Primavera and MS Office.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
