Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking an experienced Instrumentation Engineer/Technician to design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems in the UAE. The ideal candidate must possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and exhibit strong problem-solving skills, proficiency with control systems, and knowledge of software tools like AutoCAD and Revit. Qualifications

  • Proven technical skills in troubleshooting industrial control systems.
  • Strong knowledge of control systems including transmitters, valves, PLCs, and SCADA systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and debug control logic programs for instrumentation and control systems.
  • Install, calibrate, test, and commission field instrumentation.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic, PLC, DCS, SCADA, and pneumatic controls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Collaborate with project teams for integration into larger designs.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including as-built drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
