A leading engineering services firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Instrumentation Engineer to deliver technical support for leak detection instrumentation and gas analyzers. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with proficiency in pressure, flow, and temperature transmitters. This role involves ensuring compliance with relevant standards and supporting continuous improvement in operational reliability.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical support for leak detection instrumentation and gas analyzers.
  • Specify select install and maintain sensors transmitters and monitoring equipment.
  • Review and validate control system designs logic diagrams and integration with DCS/SCADA systems.
  • Diagnose instrumentation faults and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure all instrumentation systems comply with IEC ISA and company-specific standards.
  • Support plant safety systems and contribute to continuous improvements in operational reliability.
  • Participate in SIL HAZOP and functional safety studies as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Instrumentation Control or Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in Instrumentation Engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Proven expertise in pressure flow temperature transmitters and leak detection systems.
  • Practical experience with field instrumentation and control system integration.
  • Familiarity with SIL HAZOP and functional safety concepts is highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities with a focus on root cause resolution.
