Responsibilities
  • Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients).
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs.
  • Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers.
  • Analysis of user behaviors, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions and product feedback.
Requirements
  • Sales experience (customer acquisition/ origination), having had a clear sales KPIs.
  • Familiar with the use of a CRM tools.
  • Worked autonomously within a sales team. Experience in working with regional sales teams and in attending and hosting events to acquire new customers.
  • At least 3‑5 years working experience in sales and client services function with international financial background in banking, investments, FX sales.
  • Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks, and etc.
  • Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure.
  • Passionate about crypto. Industry experience would be an advantage.
  • Fluency in both English and Russian is required to coordinate effectively with overseas partners and stakeholders.
