Job summary

A global project management firm is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Engineer in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure the integration of operational requirements into complex transportation and infrastructure projects. Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of experience in O&M engineering and a degree in engineering. Strong communication skills and construction consultancy experience are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in operations and maintenance engineering within large-scale infrastructure or PPP/EPC projects.
• Experience in construction consultancy is mandatory.
• Proven expertise in integrating O&M considerations into design development.

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal liaison between Operations and EPC design teams.
• Evaluate and influence design to enhance asset reliability and safety.
• Monitor and report on compliance with performance KPIs.
