Job Brief

We are looking for an indoor sales representative. The applicant should be positive, energetic, professional and have a good personality with excellent customer service and communication skills. We would like to promote professional eye care products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with the selection of frames and lenses based on the customer’s needs and prescription.
  • Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships building brand loyalty.
  • Confidently provide an exceptional customer experience through making a connection, attention to detail and offering a personalized and unique shopping experience resulting in customer satisfaction.
  • Instruct customers how to wear and care for new glasses. Adjust glasses as needed to ensure proper fit.
  • Prepare work orders and instructions for lens fabrication.
  • Assist customers in resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Daily communication with shop manager about sales activity, plans, open projects, orders, and quotes.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and stocked eyeglass displays.
  • Actively participate and contributes to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
  • Take pride in the appearance of store and shows initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized. Secures all company assets under one’s control.
  • Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
  • Track and dispense eyeglass orders.
  • Respond to the phone.
