A leading hospitality group in Dubai is seeking a Revenue Auditor to handle revenue auditing, cost control, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, proficiency in financial software, and strong analytical skills. Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Auditing

  • Verify and reconcile daily revenue transactions from all departments (e.g. rooms F&B spa)
  • Prepare and distribute daily revenue reports to management and department heads
  • Review and reconcile Point of Sale (POS) and Property Management System (PMS) reports with supporting documentation
  • Verify that cash credit card and bank deposits align with system reports.

Cost Control

  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Develop and implement cost control strategies and policies.
  • Monitor expenses against budgets and report variances promptly.
  • Perform cost-benefit analyses on potential projects and recommend financial feasibility.

Financial Reporting & Record Keeping

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of income and expenses.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are accurately posted in accounting software.
  • Maintain proper and organized documentation for audits and reference.

Compliance & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with department managers to provide financial insights and recommendations
  • Communicate effectively with management and other team members.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g. CPA CMA) is preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an auditing or accounting role preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Familiarity with hotel revenue processes and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and accounting standards is a plus
