Apt Resources is excited to announce an opportunity for an In‑Room Dining Mini Bar Attendant to join the prestigious team at a luxury resort on the beautiful Red. This vital role you will be responsible for maintaining and replenishing the mini bars in guest rooms ensuring that each selection is fresh and appealing while providing impeccable service to enhance our guests experience.

Responsibilities
  • Regularly check and restock mini bars in guest rooms ensuring that all items are well‑stocked, properly labeled and at the correct temperature.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of mini bar items and report on low‑stock situations to the management team.
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to guests addressing any requests or inquiries about mini bar offerings.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the mini bar area and adhere to health and safety standards.
  • Assist in the training of new staff on mini bar procedures and proper handling of products.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle payments and charges associated with mini bar items in accordance with the resort's policies.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance issues related to the mini bar equipment or guest room facilities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service particularly regarding mini bar offerings.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and proactive approach.
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds and perform tasks that require bending and reaching.
