HR Officer to be based on a construction project site. The role will support day-to-day HR operations, and compliance with company policies and local labor laws, ensuring smooth HR functioning at site level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle site-based HR operations including attendance, timesheets, and leave management
  • Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of site staff and workers
  • Manage employee records, contracts, visas, and labor documentation
  • Support recruitment and onboarding for site manpower as required
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and site regulations
  • Coordinate with PRO for visas, medicals, Emirates ID, and labor permits
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and site HR issues
  • Support payroll inputs related to site staff (attendance, overtime, deductions)
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in construction or site projects
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices
  • Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar workforce
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a site environment
