About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Development & Training Specialist to join our dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and evaluate learning and development initiatives that enhance employee skills, support career growth, and align with the organization’s strategic objectives. This role plays a key part in fostering a culture of continuous learning and driving workforce capability across all departments.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing inquiries, concerns, and grievances professionally and ensuring fair application of HR policies and disciplinary procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, including leave balances, promotions, and benefits, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Manage payroll processes in the Oracle : collect and validate time, leave, overtime, and allowance data; prepare and reconcile payroll reports; and ensure timely, accurate salary disbursements.
  • Prepare and issue HR documents such as salary and service certificates, visa and travel letters, and health-insurance records.
  • Support onboarding and orientation, provide guidance on HR policies, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
  • Perform other HR service tasks and reports as required to support smooth, compliant HR operations.
