A leading global engineering firm is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for their Abu Dhabi office. The role involves establishing strong HR practices, advising management on employee relations, and ensuring the successful implementation of HR programs. Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the Middle East, along with a relevant degree and a CIPD qualification. The main purpose of this role is to ensure that best practice is maintained at all times and to manage the implementation and maintenance of HR programmes, policies and procedures in support of the business objectives.
It is essential that the successful candidate has at last seven years experience of working in a similar role; ideally with a global engineering or professional services organisation. At least two years relevant experience of working in the Middle East in a similar role is
Degree qualified from an internationally accredited University in Human Resources, Law or other relevant subject and CIPD or equivalent is necessary.
