A prestigious hotel chain in Abu Dhabi seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to support HR services in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality. You'll maintain HRIS systems, assist in onboarding, and manage employee engagement activities. As an Human Resources Coordinator, you will support the Human Resources department in delivering exceptional HR services to the hotel team. You will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, employee relations, training coordination, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws. Your role is pivotal in creating a positive and productive work environment for all colleagues.
