Overview

We are looking for a HRBP to take care of the HR Operations in our manufacturing unit located in Tawyeen, Fujairah, UAE.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Operations, HEMM department, and Crusher department to align people strategy with business objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, camp accommodation, payroll and benefits, etc.
  • Manage employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
  • Act as the first point of contact for line managers on HR policies and employee matters.
  • Ensure accurate employee data, contracts, and documentation in HR systems.
  • Strong exposure to blue-collar and frontline workforce management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices in the region
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality
