Job summary

A reputable recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join their team in Dubai. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining employee records, with a strong focus on compliance with UAE labor laws and MOHRE regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in the real estate sector. Salary is AED 7000 plus benefits as per UAE labor law.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resources professional to join our clients team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess solid hands‑on experience in HR operations with a strong understanding of MOHRE regulations recruitment employee relations and UAE labour law compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing interviewing and selecting candidates for various roles in the real estate sector
  • Support onboarding processes ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
  • Maintain employee files and HR databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Monitor compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices
  • Provide support for HR‑related projects and initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Must have strong understanding of MOHRE regulations recruitment employee relations and UAE labour law compliance.
  • At least 3 years local UAE of HR experience preferably in the real estate industry
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software
  • Experience in WPS payroll and employee relations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Arabic Speaker (Preferred)
