Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as an HR Officer or similar role in the UAE.
• Solid understanding of UAE Labor Law.
• Experience in the real estate or property development industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including drafting job descriptions.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork is completed.
• Maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data regulations.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
• Support the performance appraisal process and maintain performance records.
