Job Overview

We are seeking a Human Resource Manager - Training & Development Officer with a strong IT background and exposure to training and development initiatives. This role will focus on building and managing end-to-end learning programs for fresh graduates as well as existing employees including executive management.


The ideal candidate should be capable of independently designing structured development programs from scratch supported by strong documentation learning frameworks and measurable outcomes.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 7 years of experience in HR/ Training & Development preferably within an IT or technology-driven organization

  • Strong understanding of IT roles technical skill requirements and learning pathways

  • Proven ability to design training programs independently from scratch

  • Strong documentation structuring and content development capabilities

  • Experience working with fresh graduates and early-career talent

  • Exposure to HR processes related to learning performance and capability developments

  • Excellent communication stakeholder management and facilitation skills


Roles and Responsibilities

1. Training & Development Programs for Freshers


  • Design and execute structured onboarding and development programs for freshers placed across different IT and business departments

  • Assess fresher skill levels learning gaps and development areas and create customized learning paths

  • Develop role-based and department-specific training modules (technical functional and behavioral)

  • Independently create:

  • Training frameworks and learning roadmaps

  • Program calendars and schedules

  • Assessment and evaluation mechanisms

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation including:

  • Training plans and manuals

  • Learning content outlines

  • Skill matrices and progress tracking reports

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and department heads to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements


2. Training & Development Programs for Existing Employees


  • Plan and manage continuous learning and development initiatives for employees across all levels

  • Design organization-wide and unit-level training programs aligned with business goals

  • Collaborate with executive management to identify capability gaps and design leadership development programs

  • Support development programs for:

  • Technical upskilling

  • Functional and role-based enhancement

  • Leadership and managerial capability

  • Monitor training effectiveness using feedback assessments and performance indicators
