  • Coordinate and support daily HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and procedures.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining applicant records.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, facilitating a seamless integration into the organization.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required by management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies in all HR activities.
  • Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Support performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and training requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in an HR coordinator or similar HR support role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote arrangement.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
