HR & Administration Director
The HR & Admin Director is a senior leadership position responsible for guiding the company’s people strategy and managing administrative functions. As a trusted partner to senior leadership, this role ensures HR and administration are fully aligned with business priorities, supports cultural growth, and guarantees compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
Define and implement HR and administration strategies aligned with organizational goals. Advise the Managing Director and executive team on organizational structure, leadership development, and workforce planning. Lead cultural initiatives, change management programs, and leadership capability building. - Human Resources Management
Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding through development, performance, and exit. Design competitive compensation, benefits, and recognition frameworks. Maintain policies, systems, and processes that ensure efficiency and legal compliance. - Talent & Development
Drive succession planning and build talent pipelines for key roles. Establish learning and development programs that equip employees for future business needs. Regularly review organizational capacity to support business expansion. - Employee Engagement & Culture
Build a collaborative, inclusive, and performance-oriented work culture. Resolve employee relations matters fairly and transparently. Launch initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and communication. - Administration & Facilities
Supervise daily office administration, facility operations, and vendor management. Manage travel, company assets, and administrative support services. Ensure administrative functions are cost-efficient and business-focused. - Policy & Compliance
Draft, review, and update HR and administrative policies. Ensure compliance with employment laws, workplace safety, and data protection standards. Coordinate audits and deliver accurate reporting. - Finance & Resources
Manage HR and administration budgets, ensuring prudent use of resources. Identify cost optimization opportunities without impacting quality. - Reporting & Analytics
Develop HR metrics and dashboards to guide executive decision-making. Share workforce insights and trends with leadership teams.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA / Master’s preferred).
Experience
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
