Job summary

A regional consultancy firm in Dubai is seeking an Administration Coordinator to manage HR and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience, a strong HR and administrative background, and a valid UAE driving license. Qualifications

  • Min 3-4 years of experience in HR and Admin.
  • UAE driving license required.
  • Nationality preference: Indian, Sri Lankan.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment requirements.
  • Handle insurance renewals.
  • Book flights and coordinate transport.
  • Manage company car usage.
  • Address ADDC and DEWA issues.
  • Maintain accommodations.
  • Coordinate vehicle registration and fines.
  • Create POs and GRNs in SAP.
  • Reconcile security service invoices.
  • Handle other country visa processes.
  • Update employee records in GreytHR.
  • Purchase stationery and pantry items.
