Housekeeping Attendant

A Housekeeping Attendant will support all Housekeeping and Laundry operations by analyzing guest requests and delegating tasks among team members to ensure efficient and timely service, providing an exceptional experience for our Guests.

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will assist the Housekeeping and Laundry teams by delegating daily activities within the hotel. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining high standards in Housekeeping and Laundry as per hotel brand standards.
  • Monitoring the appearance, standards, and performance of team members, emphasizing training and teamwork.
  • Ensuring room availability and coordinating with Floor Housekeeping Supervision.
  • Managing department controls such as employee scheduling, master key release, incident reporting, and linen management.
  • Checking guest information in CRM to meet their preferences and requests promptly.
  • Requesting flowers for special occasions and providing embroidery for special linen items.
  • Managing monthly Lost and Found items and donations.
  • Checking and coordinating laundry uniforms for cleaning or repair.
  • Controlling document and personnel movement within the department, including daily linen release and guest laundry services.
  • Handling monthly laundry expenses and provisioning.
  • Replacing Laundry Attendants during holidays, days off, or absences.
