Job description

  • Responsible for offering water tea and drinks to the visitors and staff.
  • Cleaning designated facility areas (dusting sweeping vacuuming mopping cleaning ceiling vents restroom cleaning emptying dustbins etc.)
  • Cleaning kitchen and pantry (wash dishes cleans fridges and microwave)
  • Performing and documenting routine inspection.
  • Coordinating with the line manager and reporting any broken devices or any failure in the facility.
  • Support the Admin team in organizing events and prepare the required refreshment as per required.
  • Cleaning outside area around the facility.
  • Sanitization and cleaning of toys and therapy equipment as and when required.
  • Assists to supervise children if parents arrive late for pick-up.
  • Assists with ad hoc tasks i.e. laminating cutting out pictures.
  • Decorates facility during special events.
  • Provides list of cleaning equipment and material required to meet cleaning requirements.
  • Responsible to complete tasks given by the line manager as and when required

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma with basic office skills
  • Read write understand and communicate in English
