Job summary

A luxury hotel in Fujairah seeks a Finance professional to ensure accurate recording of sales and manage the POS system. Responsibilities include processing guest checks, preparing cashier summaries, and ensuring compliance with deposits. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in hotel management or accounting, experience in a hotel environment, and possess strong English communication skills. Knowledge of POS systems like Opera and Micros will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hotel management or accounting required.
• Must have previous experience within a hotel environment.
• Good English communication skills and computer literacy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food and beverage sales are recorded in the POS system.
• Prepare cashier’s summary and tally with Micros at shift end.
• Open guest checks in the POS system and process payments.
