What youll do

Youll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests. Responsibilities include:

• Join a dedicated beach team and report to the Beach Club Management team.
• Warmly greet guests, escort them to tables, and bid them farewell as they depart.
• Respond to guest enquiries by email or telephone with strong knowledge of the outlet offerings; convert enquiries into reservations to help achieve targets.
• Ensure the outlet is in immaculate condition and all service standards are adhered to by the team.
• Inform the team of upcoming reservations, events, and guest chefs/bartenders to support guest service and cross-selling.
• Uphold our values (Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together, Creativity) in daily duties.
• Be aware of revenue targets and help achieve/exceed them while controlling costs within budgets.
• Participate in daily team briefings and stay informed about daily happenings and upcoming service.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain presentation, cleanliness, and maintenance of the outlet (furniture, equipment, floors, fixtures, and fittings).
• Monitor stationery usage and manage menu printing and storage.
• Assist management with administrative tasks.
• Comply with statutory and company health, safety, fire, bomb, and security regulations; maintain Food & Beverage Hygiene and Sanitation Standards per local regulations.
• Occasionally perform additional tasks as required and adjust hours to meet beach club needs.
• Working in beach club operations involves exposure to heat and sun, operating under pressure, and standing/walking for long periods.
